Three Column Prayer method from 4T, by the late Unity minister Rev. Stretton Smith is used to formulate a prayer for yourself or for others. This is a scientific prayer method – its success can be proven in your life. It can be used to formulate both affirmations or denials. Use the examples below to create an affirmative prayer for someone else or for yourself. Several of the examples have both a denial and an affirmation. We use a denial to counteract a false belief and then follow it with an affirmation of our new belief.
